Serving Rosswood residents since 1980s

RCA home page

Rosswood is a beautiful rural community of about 150 residents. It is located on the northern tip of the stunning, emerald Kalum Lake, 37 kilometers North of Terrace, British Columbia, on the Nisga'a Highway 113. Being unincorporated, Rosswood has no administration, nor is it governed by any form of a local government.

The Rosswood Community Association was formed in the early 80s to provide assistance in solving issues pertinent to our community and to provide facilities that enhance and promote our social life.

We receive no financial help from any level of government. Our funding comes from the rental of our Community Hall and Grounds, membership fees, raffles, and other fund raising events. This year for example, the publication of the second edition of our cookbook turned out to be a great success.

Come and visit us here in our beautiful valley, guarded by the snow-capped peaks, or just browse this site, learn about us, and enjoy the photographs taken by our residents. Welcome!
