Previous minutes read by Stephanie, Betty moved to approve, seconded by Betty, all approved.
Treasurer shared year end report.
Totals in account $9900.36, moved to approve by Wilf, seconded by Stephanie, all approved.
Previous Business;
-Bunn Coffee Pot could not be purchased at a discount. Needed for upcoming events. Van Hautte price $536.75, including 2 pots.
Mary motioned to buy the coffee machine, Stephanie seconded, all approved.
Nancy will drop off cheque at Van Hautte.
-Stephanie will pursue the NWCC Log Building course to get help with finishing the logs on the Hall.
-Scaffolding has been returned.
New Business;
-Re; Food Safe Permit. We might not need commercial dish washer, will use a three sink process instead. Nora will apply for Food Safe immediately.
We cannot sell pies or baked goods at the Flea Market, unless the vendor gets their own food safe permit.
-Picnic tables and playground needs attention, fix boards and nails, outhouse seats installed. Need volunteers.
-Thanks to Ken .and Ben M. for moving the stuff out of the shed.
-RCA membership fees are now due.
