Annual Elections
Attendance: Clarke, Nancy, Betty G, Stephanie, Marie, Ken, John N, John R,
Meeting convened by Stephanie at 7:15
Previous minutes read by Stephanie, Clarke moved to approve, seconded by John R., all approved.
Treasurers report read by Nancy, totals in accounts $9125.07, Steph moved to approve, seconded by Marie, all approved.
Previous Business:
-Work on windstorm cleanup started today, April 18, on Rosswood Community Camprgounds, will move onto Egan soon. They will clean up around outhouses too. Local crew will start April 26th (Marie, Paula, John W., Marylin, Barrie, Shelley F.) Will take 3-4 weeks. Community Campground and surrounding area will be made usable and safe.
-RCA Garage Sale is rescheduled for May 14th, 9-1pm, drop off May 13th.
New Business:
-Work Bee scheduled for April 30, 10am – 2pm, Rosswood Community Hall.
-Volunteers needed for Archery event and Pancake Breakfasts.
-Nancy shared profit and loss statement for the year. Total revenues $5,703.11.
Total expenses $6322.22. Net Loss $619.11
-Idea: contact NWCC Timber Frame Program to rebuild the outdoor stage.
