RCA Minutes July 19 2010
Nora convened meeting at 7:07pm
Previous minutes read by Stephanie, Nancy moved to approve, seconded by Ken, all approve.
Treasurers Report ready by Nancy, totals in accounts; $10029.41. Steph moved to approve, seconded by Mary, all approved.
Previous Business;
-Bill couldn't remove the roots on the sewer bed. Harreson started weed whacking the trees, more to be done.
New Business;
-Thanks hugely to Bob Erb and Gary MacAvoy for building a brand new custom kitchen counter for the Rosswood Community Hall. Bob abd Gary will also be fixing the front doors, including weather stripping.
-Thanks to everyone who helped at the Work Bee. Thanks to Lloyd and Rosa for taking stuff to the dump. Thanks to Clarke for cleaning the windows at the Hall. See Presidents letter for complete list of helpers.
-Will create list of projects to be done at the hall for anyone who has some volunteer time.
-Funeral services will be held at the Hall for Dave Geier on Wed, July 21.
-Nancy proposed that we make sign for campground asking campers to pay $5.00 a day to be left at the store, after we gain permission from store, seconded by Steph, all approve.
-Nora purchased new grill for pancakes to speed up service at the pancake breakfast.
-Nora wrote Presidents Letter, Steph will publish in Rosswood Newsletter.
Clarke moved to adjourn meeting at 7:41pm.
