Meeting convened by Nora at 7:05pm

Minutes read by Stephanie, Ken moved to approve, seconded by Mary, all approved.

Treasurers report read by Nancy. Garage sale revenues $506.

total in account; $10,682.65, Lloyd to approve, Ken seconded, all approved.

Previous business:

Re: picnic tables and playground, thanks to Christine and Hermann for fixing picnic tables and playground.

Re: finishing inside logs on hall, John R will bring sandblaster down to hall to do test, suggested nylon beads instead of sandblaster. Will do end of month.

Re; food safe permit, just need to fill mice holes to kitchen to fulfill final permit needs.

Stephanie and Nora installed toilets seats in all the outhouses.

New Business;

-Wedding on 23rd, will clean up Flea market stuff on Sat 22nd.

-Pancake breakfasts will continue every Sat 8am – 11:30am.

-Mary is sewing a cover for the organ in the Hall.

-Lloyd and Rosa nominated as Directors of RCA, both accepted.

-Christine volunteered to replace carved log cars in playground.

-Nancy brought up the issue of paying for the clean up of the hall. We need to establish a clean up fee and hire a janitor to clean the hall. Will discuss further.

-Steph moved to adjourn meeting at 8:13pm
