Meeting convened by Nora at 7:06 pm

Previous minutes read by Stephanie, motion to approve by Tracy , seconded by Nancy , all approved.

Treasurers report read by Nancy, totals in account; $11048.68, moved to approve by Ken, seconded by Betty, all approved.

Previous Business;

-Septic field will be cleared by Bill Geier in the spring when the ground thaws.

-Organ in Hall is OK in winter. Stereo should be kept warm.

-Sand filter at Hall needs a coupling so it can be removed, Ken will proceed.

New Business;

-Contacted Kermodei Tourism. We can submit text and photos about Rosswood for the Kermodei Tourism Guide.

-Nora purchased thank you cards for road crew that installed the No Poaching signs.

-Christmas Potluck will be held Dec 12th 5pm. Harreson volunteered to cook the christmas turkey. Quinten volunteered to be Santa. Nancy will do the candy bags. Decorations to be done by Steph, Nora, Tracy and anyone else who'd like to volunteer, 11am Dec 11.

Clarke will bring a tree.

Will ask Sarah to play at the Christmas party. Betty will try to organize kids to sing.

Nora will MC. Nora will put food list at store.

-No Christmas Hamper this year.

-Boards need to be put up around the dry rotted logs at the Hall.

-Scaffolding has been removed from storage at the hall, will ask in the Rosswood Newsletter who it was.

-Stephanie proposed Ken maintain a cleared parking lot at the Hall throughout the winter, at $20.00 a plow. Seconded by Quinton, all approve.

-Stephanie proposed meeting adjourned at 8:12, seconded by Betty, all approved.
