Treasurers report read by Nancy, totals in accounts; $11484.16. Moved to approve by Betty G, seconded by Ken, all approved.
Previous Business;
-Re; Rosswood Cookbooks. Approx profit 2716.00. Which is $433.50 short of projected profit, possibly missing about 40 books, will search and also redo accounting.
New Business;
-The RCA needs a new Treasurer as our current Treasurer is retiring next year.
-Pool table is still outside and other junk around the grounds needs hauling to the dump.
Fall Clean Up day set for Sat Oct 2th, 10am. Ken will bring tractor and loader. Stephanie will notify in Rosswood Newsletter. Nora will put notice at store.
-Re; Food safe; we need $135.71 to finish our food safe, ie; block the mice, weather stripping, plywood etc. Christine will pick up supplies.
-Betty G raised the issue of Rosswood not having a Pound Keeper. If anyone in the community wishes to be the Pound Keeper, please let us know.
-Betty G updated the Rosswood Phone List, Stephanie will send out with newsletter.
-Mary moved to adjourn meeting at 8:10 pm, seconded by Betty G., all approved.
